Aloha,
from Paradise to Providence, from Waikiki to Washington D C, the word is out on France's President, Nicolas Sarkozy, as a respected supporter and grateful friend of the U.S.A. and its superior values; who doesn't forget history, in America's sacrifices for the liberties of  Europe.

It is refreshing to hear this straight talking foreign leader (among previous like-minded others) express appreciation, alliance and praise for our nation that has been getting so much bad and ugly, partisan press, here and abroad.

It would be also refreshing, to hear some of our very own politicos and their constituents, who consistently undermine this nation for their extreme, partisan goals, to show some real patriotism and genuine support for their country and her armed forces, especially in these troubled times of dangerous conflict.

"Long live France; long live America, long live our excellent friendship!"
